Ryan’s sales career spans more than 23 years. The past seven years have been spent in the home health and hospice industries in both the San Antonio and Houston markets. Ryan’s focus is developing a well-rounded understanding of an individual patient’s needs in an effort to find the best fit for their long-term placement, thus ensuring the success of all parties in achieving defined healthcare goals. He has worked to find placement for patients at all skill levels, including both Type A and Type B settings, and has a solid understanding of the needs and limitations that a care home setting may have.
Ryan successfully trains numerous employees and marketers by helping them to broaden the understanding of their product or service and teaching them to speak to a larger audience. He believes if you sell to all parties in the sales process (both internal and external), the benefit is magnified and the customer receives the greatest value.
Ryan currently lives in Conroe, Texas with his fiancé and their three dogs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, going to concerts and seeking out new restaurants or food trucks.
