Rebecca K. Graham currently serves as the Manager over the Long-Term Care Regulatory (LTCR) State Office Architectural Review Unit (ARU). She is a licensed Architect in the State of Texas, a certified inspector for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), a HHSC Certified Investigator, and carries a NFPA Fire Inspector I certification. She has worked for the State of Texas for almost 12 years in LTCR division and has worked to protect our most vulnerable from fires in facilities we regulate. She is the Life Safety Code (LSC) subject matter expert and resource to the regional LSC survey teams and to CMS. Her architectural review unit conducts LSC initial inspections, capacity increases, and final construction inspections for the following provider types: Nursing Homes (NH), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), ICF-IID, Day Activity Health Services (DAHS), Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers (PPECC), and Inpatient Hospice Units. The architectural review unit does also conduct plan reviews for a fee.
