Lori Conway, CIC Owner, Lori Conway Insurance

Lori is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in commercial coverage. Licensed in Property & Casualty for over 20 years, she obtained a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation through the National Alliance for Insurance Education in 2013, and a Risk Management license through the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) in 2018. 

Lori began her career with an Independent Agency, then moved into brokerage and underwriting.  After realizing how much she missed working directly with business owners, she opened her own branch of a large agency network. 

Lori’s agency is focused on Elder Care businesses, with a special concentration on Assisted Living facilities.  Through education, we know the appropriate coverages; perhaps more important is the experience and relationships we’ve developed – these provide the tools needed for successfully securing coverage in what can be a difficult marketplace.
