Preston Seagraves Mercy House Owner/Operator

Preston is the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Mercy House Assisted Living, where he has played a key role in growing the organization from a single home into a thriving network of 11 homes across Central Texas. A hands-on operator with a passion for quality care, he oversees daily operations, strategic growth, and team development.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University and is currently completing his MBA there, further strengthening his expertise in leadership and business management. As a young professional in the assisted living field, Preston brings a fresh perspective on innovation, growth, and maintaining a mission-driven culture while scaling a company.
