          Abigail Wright, RPh, PharmD, BCGP, MS, is a consultant pharmacist and founder of Wright Geriatric Consulting. She earned her PharmD from the University of Houston and holds a BS and MS from Rice University. As a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and ASCP Age-Friendly Champion, she specializes in age-friendly care for long-term care and community-dwelling older adults. Abigail integrates the 4Ms framework to improve outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and promote safe, personalized medication use. As a dedicated preceptor and collaborator, she is passionate about delivering pharmacy services that truly enhance quality of life for aging patients.
