Renee Blanch-Haley has been with Long Term Care Regulation (LTCR) 25 years. Renee is a Registered Nurse with a background in critical care nursing prior to coming to LTCR. She started with LTCR as a nurse surveyor and over the past several years has worked in various positions with the agency to include Compliance Reviewer, Enforcement (Regional) Coordinator, Regional Liaison, Regional Director, and Director of Field and Survey Operations. Currently, Renee is the Deputy Associate Commissioner of Survey and Compliance where she oversees all survey and inspection activity for providers regulated by LTCR.
