Autumn began her legal career working in Probate and Business Law but quickly moved into Federal Compliance for over five years. Due to her passion to support seniors and their families, she now serves as an associate attorney for the Law Offices of Carol Bertsch. Autumn obtained a bachelor’s degree with honors from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law where she received the Francisco Leos Award for Clinical Excellence. She is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, Bexar County Women’s Bar Association, and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as well as Vice President of the Funeral Consumers Alliance of San Antonio, a non-profit educational and service organization. Autumn enjoys offering free presentations around the community covering estate planning, probate, and preserving assets for Medicaid nursing home eligibility.
