Kimberly Rodriguez Owner/Consultant Action Over Words Group

            Kimberly grew up in a family-owned assisted living environment. Her mother and grandmother owned and operated various senior living facilities. She became a Resident Relations Director at Atria Senior Living, focusing on case management and resident satisfaction, then led the United Way's Community Resource Center, providing services for community housing and individuals facing challenges like re-entry, sobriety, domestic violence, and homelessness. Kimberly later worked as a Licensing Inspector for the Department of Social Services for nearly a decade. Drawing on her experience, she founded Action Over Words, a consulting company for assisted living and adult programs in Texas, Virginia, and Florida. Despite being legally deaf since 5 years old, Kimberly has strived to provide her clients with the highest quality care and support, fostering a warm and welcoming environment where they feel valued and empowered to achieve their dreams.

            Kimberly is also a real-estate investor and has completed over a dozen fix and flips for adult programming.
