He currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Hospice Care Partners
and is a Partner at Two Barons Enterprises, LLC. In 2021, he
participated in the Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator program.
As the Vice President of People Development and Inclusion at
Fitness Connection, Rodney crafted and executed strategies for
education, training, diversity, and culture/change management.
Throughout his career, he has held key Business Development
leadership roles with prestigious brands such as Gold's Gym,
24 Hour Fitness, the YMCA, and Les Mills International. He has also
represented fitness brands, sharing his insights at major global
industry events like Club Industry, IHRSA, and IDEA. Rodney is a
licensed Situational Leadership™ trainer, an adept
CRM/Social Media Marketing administrator, and a certified specialist in
Integrated Talent Management through the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
His dedication to developing, motivating, and inspiring others
has empowered numerous businesses and professionals
