This is the NEW required training that fulfils the required 4-hour initial new hire training as required in 26 TAC §553.254.

How Self-Paced Courses Work

1. Purchase the Course: Select the self-paced course you want for your team.
2. Send Participant Emails: Email info@txtorch.com with the name and email address of the person who will be taking the course.
3. Receive Invitations: We’ll send the student an email invitation to TORCH University.
4. Register Accounts: Student will accept the invitation and create their TORCH University account.
5. Notify TORCH: Let us know once the account is set up, and the course will be officially assigned.
6. Complete at Your Own Pace: Student can finish the course anytime, at their convenience.
7. Download Certificates: After completing the entire course, the certificate of completion will be available for download automatically.
