This is the NEW required training that fulfils the required 4-hour initial new hire training as required in 26 TAC §553.254.

How Self-Paced Courses Work

1. Purchase the Course: Select the self-paced course you want for your team.
2. Send Participant Emails: Email info@txtorch.com with the five names and email addresses who will be taking the course.
3. Receive Invitations: We’ll send each participant an email invitation to TORCH University.
4. Register Accounts: Participants accept the invitation and create their TORCH University accounts.
5. Notify TORCH: Let us know once accounts are set up, and the courses will be officially assigned.
6. Complete at Your Own Pace: Participants can finish the course anytime, at their convenience.
7. Download Certificates: After completing the entire course, certificates of completion will automatically be available for download.
